Lichfield (AAP) - Englands Monarch is elected. Frankiegulliero received the majority of the votes granting him the Monarch title in the first round. There were many that expected Prince Richy. would take the seat.

When the announcement was made on the election Prince Richy was heard to say « Congratulations, Your Majesty. We've all went through this campaign with similar but different visions in mind. As Ahlia said, let us pray that the concerns of our people are addressed indeed. A toast to the candidates who made this election worthwhile, and to our soon to be crowned King » He raised his goblet « May England's future never fail to make our people proud ».

At twenty-six years old he is an accomplished sailor that has travelled the world as both Captain and sailor of multiple ships including a battle carrack. He has not always been a politician and as a former declared pirate, he has seemed to amend his ways. He has relations in many countries by trading goods either on his own or by introducing those to Mercian Council.

Frankie has been active in politics since he moved from Devon to Mercia. He resides in Derby with his wife Maireerose.gulliero in a small cottage by the port. Before running for the monarch seat he has served as mayor, priest, confessor, count, and sheriff for multiple council terms.

King/Queen Franchesko Gulliero has been very humble since the election results. He refused to stand on the debate stage with the others as he wishes to remain grounded with all citizens of England. Even his penchant for wearing women's dresses have not been a distraction for getting things done in the political realm.

The monarch has been heard to say to his wife, Mairee « Our place is here my love. Among the people of England, no matter what I am now. We are still part of them and never let titles and positions cloud your judgement. » as the debates finished and the polls had announced him, winner. Congratulatory wishes have started in London Commons.

He has yet to take an audience or call meetings as Monarch. He did say when he ran his campaign that he would talk with those that overthrew Penrich as one of the first things he would do. A meeting is not scheduled yet.

Westminster (AAP) - C'est, aux yeux de certains, une véritable déclaration de guerre. L'initiative réduit drastiquement la marge de manœuvre des barons anglais. Le jeune Reine-Roi d'Angleterre Frankie Gulliero a suspendu le Parlement pendant trente jours. Les députés sont donc renvoyés au manoir pour l'été. La nouvelle a été annoncée le 3 août dernier par le Prince de Galles d'alors, Pocket Peveril Jones.

« Après avoir examiné attentivement les lois d'Angleterre, les Étiquettes des Dieux et les lois faites par les créatures, le Reine-Roi a décidé de fermer le Parlement pour une période de trente jours ». Pendant cette période, la Couronne a déclaré qu'elle prendrait le contrôle total et expulserait tous les députés du Parlement.

Le Comte de Westmorland, Baron of Harrogate et Baronet of Egremont Florianos Blackwell, a vivement réagi à l'annonce qu'il a qualifié de « folie sans précédent ». Sollicité par notre rédacteur, Le Reine-Roi anglais a précisé que « ils n'aiment pas que j'utilise les lois comme elles sont censées être utilisées, et comme ce n'est pas en leur faveur, ils veulent me punir. Il suffit d'obéir aux lois et d'obéir à la couronne. » Commentant l'aspect juridique de l'événement : « J'ai passé en revue toutes les chartes, les lois et les coutumes qui existent, aucune d'entre elles ne m'interdit de le faire. Comme je l'ai dit. S'ils veulent se venger après avoir enfreint les lois, en enlevant les pouvoirs du monarque, je ne le permettrai pas ».

A ce jour, la situation reste confuse.

Westminster (AAP) - The King/Queen of England Frankiegulliero has been sick twice with some sort of ailment. The sudden leaving of his royal highness left England with two regents at one point, those regents being Pocket.the.observer who was replaced by Maireerose.gulliero. England has been at a state of unrest since the early days of King/Queen FrankieGulliero. The villagers have pushed against the monarch in the House of Parliament by making laws that remove the powers of any monarch. The regent, Pocket.thee.observer then decided to decree that the House of Parliament will be closed for thirty days. The decree did state the following on the matter.

« Whereas a reasonable decree to suspend Parliamentary activities for 30 days until the normal operations of the Kingdom can be continued was correctly ordered by the Regent... Whereas several individuals have taken the Monarch's unavoidable absence as an opportunity to usurp authority that is not theirs; e.g. commencing legislation to expand powers not due the Parliament... Whereas several individuals have continued to besmirch the Crown, the Kingdom, and all English people with their bald attempts to seize power it is hereby decreed. On this, the 6th day of August in the year 1467, I, Pocket.le.fool, the Prince of Wales, duly appointed heir to the throne of England and acting for HRM King/Queen Frankiegulliero, do hereby issue this Bill of Pains and Attainder against the following members of the House of Parliament for open defiance of the Royal Decree dated the 3rd day of August in the year 1467 to suspend the Parliament for 30 days. They will forfeit their titles and estates, be removed from the House of Lords Chambers as well as lose the right to serve in any Royal Institution. »

With that decree were the names that did try to usurp the power of the King/Queen among them were the two counts and two countesses of England, military heads, judges and public prosecutors. In answer to that decree, the two counts (Florianos and Eddward) and the two countesses (Diayania and Katrinae) of England signed a declaration against the King/Queen, who held a royal army. The army was used to tour England at the time. In defiance of this army, the count of Mercia, Eddward, met with the other counties in private, excluding the full council on the matter of decrees which provided an army from Westmorland to enter Mercia and attack the King/Queen in his army.

The counts and countesses did not speak with their full council on this declaration so it is unknown if every county council fully agreed with this matter as they stated in the declaration. They stated "It is out of loyalty to England, a Kingdom all of us are proud to serve, that we issue this declaration, in the names of the counties that we were elected to represent. What followed from there is that the Counties plotted to take down the royal army and in doing so they killed the King/Queen, the Queen Consort and many people that went to Derby to protect it and the monarch.

After the army killed the King/Queen, the Mercia Count, Eddward then decreed that several individucals could revolt the town hall of Derby to remove the power of the legally elected Mayor Guliette. Count Eddward's decree had the following stated on the matter.

« On the 22nd of August, certain individuals, including Arckangels, participated in a revolt against the Town Hall of Derby. This revolt was not an attempt to overthrow the mayor, but rather part of the ongoing military operation in Derby, and was an authorized action. The action intentionally used fewer soldiers than would be necessary to seize control of the town hall, and there was never any intention of ousting Mayor Guliette, whose term as mayor would have expired the next day anyway. Instead, it was a legitimate means of action against an illegal and unauthorized army, which was and is holding the power in Derby, that has also been designated as an enemy combatant by Mercia Law. Based on this, the actions taken by the participants in that revolt cannot be treason, and they were authorized as part of a broader military operation. »

On 17 April, soldiers of the Ordo Negrum Equites appeared under the walls of the Hungarian capital, Esztergom. The Magyar army of the Imperial Prince of Schweidnitz Advokat van Steengracht was defeated there. The Wallachian general Edward Justinian del Falco Bianco demanded a carrack under construction, the dissolution of the Hungarian army commanded by Geicha and the surrender of the city. The Hungarian side refused the ultimatum and Esztergom was taken on April 20. There would be nearly fifty victims among the defenders. It should be noted that on the side of the Ordo flayers, armies commanded by Poles were an important force even though captains Gumolita Dobrowolski, Rohindel Komarnowski, Cypis Nowotarski and Tibaulda Tarnowskiego operated under the banners of the Wallachian Kingdom. The conquerors of Esztergom created a council of occupation led by the Serb Vujin. Martial law was established in the town.

Esztergom (KAP) - À l'aube du 6 mai 1468, une petite troupe a pris d'assaut la mairie d'Esztergom. Le Royaume de Hongrie et surtout des habitants de cette cité de 133 âmes se réveillaient libres après un peu plus de deux semaines d'occupation de la soldatesque de l'Alliance de l'Est. La mairie de la capitale était de nouveau aux mains des Hongrois. Depuis avril 1467, cette coalition militaire rassemble le Royaume de Valachie, le Comté de Cracovie et le Royaume de Serbie. Elle mène la vie dure aux marges orientales de l'Empire.

Farkaslaki Baich, fier patriote de taverne, abrège : « C'était une initiative individuelle. Plusieurs personnes ont parlé de la nécessité de se rebeller ... Et nous n'en avons pas seulement parlé. Le jour de la rébellion, il y avait même une armée ici, qui a avancé le matin. Le groupe armé s'est révolté contre la mairie, chacun d'entre nous a suivi le chef du groupe. (...) En arrivant à la mairie, nous n'avons trouvé aucun gardien. (...) Le matin du 6 mai 1468, la dernière armée d'occupation (de l'Ordo Negrum Equites ndlr) est également partie. » L'homme conclut humblement « Bien sûr, la reconquête de la ville n'est qu'une première étape, le processus de reconquête de la Chambre (le Conseil ndlr) avait déjà commencé lorsque la capitale est à nouveau tombée aux mains des Hongrois. »
